At Couture USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or contact our concierge team directly to begin the process.

  Secure the Security Tag

  Ensure the original Couture USA security tag remains attached and intact; items returned without the original tag or with a tampered tag will not be accepted.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our authentication center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
